This is a placeholder privacy notice for Lapidario's pre-launch waitlist. Lapidario does not yet have a registered legal entity (see the Imprint page) — this policy will be finalized once the business is incorporated and before any paid advertising or product sales begin.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your selected language, the page section you signed up from, the timestamp and fact of your consent, and a coarse country code derived from Cloudflare's edge network (not your full IP address). If you accept analytics or marketing cookies via the cookie banner, pseudonymous identifiers are also set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or the Meta Pixel.
Why we collect it
Solely to notify you about the Lapidario product launch and founding-member discount, and — only with your separate consent — to measure and improve marketing performance. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share it with
Your email is stored in our own database (Cloudflare D1) and mirrored to Resend, our email delivery provider, solely to send you launch updates. Cloudflare also hosts this site. If you consent to analytics/marketing cookies, Google and Meta process pseudonymous usage data under their own terms. None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the pre-launch campaign concludes — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at aleks.v.safronov@gmail.com for any of these requests.
